Dana M. Facemyer
Directing Attorney, Utah

Mr. Facemyer founded Credit Attorney, P.C. in 2001. Prior to that Mr. Facemyer was a partner of the law firm Zabriskie, Low & Facemyer in Provo, Utah. His emphasis was in criminal defense, domestic law, and civil litigation for plaintiffs.

Mr. Facemyer has acquired significant experience in the areas of credit disputes, FCRA law, and credit reporting processes. His expertise have enabled Credit Attorney, P.C. to become an invaluable asset to those who have experienced faulty credit reporting. Mr. Facemyer has handled a wide variety of cases including business litigation, wrongful death, real estate disputes, credit collections disputes, criminal defense, and general civil litigation.

His extensive trial experience includes numerous jury trials in the District Courts of Utah. Mr. Facemyer has presented briefs as well as argued before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, and the United States Tenth District Court in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Facemyer received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University in Washington, and has been a member of the Utah Bar since 1997.

Sidney B. Unrau
Attorney, Utah

An accomplished trial attorney, Mr. Unrau is an associate attorney at Credit Attorney, P.C. His primary focus is on paralegal supervision and training, and direct client follow-up.

Prior to Credit Attorney, P.C., Mr. Unrau operated his own law practice for nearly 10 years during which he developed extensive experience in family law, criminal law, and bankruptcy law. His concern for the welfare of children is reflected in Mr. Unrau's training as a Guardian ad litem court-appointed attorney representing the interests of children in abuse cases.

In addition to earning a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University in 1991, Mr. Unrau also holds degrees in International Relations and Sociology. The extensive training and certification he has undergone for skilled mediation are particularly useful in representing clients in credit dispute cases. Mr. Unrau was admitted to the Utah Bar in 1991.

Randy M. Lish
Attorney, Utah

Randy M. Lish joined Credit Attorney, P.C. in April of 2003. Mr. Lish is the longest tenured attorney in the office, having joined the Utah Bar in 1982. He began his career with the Utah County firm of McCullough & Jones, where he practicd for 17 years before opening his law office in 1999.

Mr. Lish has focused his practice on business, estate, and asset protection planning. His estate practice has involved the planning of hundreds of estates ranging in value from a several thousand to several million dollars. He has also helped set up numeorus corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Mr. Lish is a long-time member of the Utah Valley Estate Planning Council, and teaches seminars on asset and estate planning and protection.

Mr. Lish is also involved in civil and criminal defense litigation. He has served as a public defender in the District Court in Utah County, as well as in the juvenile court system. Mr. Lish graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1979, and received his Juris Doctor from B.Y.U. in 1982.

Adam Fullman
Directing Attorney, California

Adam C. Fullman spent his early legal career in medium and smaller firm settings, specializing in insurance matters. Mr. Fullman found that he most enjoyed representing consumers against insurance companies, but the heavy

defense nature of the firms he worked for required that he spend most of his time representing the insurance companies themselves. Therefore, he decided to seek out opportunities to represent consumers in other areas. In addition to his responsibilities for Credit Attorney California, Mr. Fullman is the founding partner of Fullman O'Grady, Attorneys. Fullman O'Grady represents

clients in insurance matters, estate planning, personal injury, consumer matters, and business litigation. He also assists parents of special needs children through education and direct representation. It was his experience in obtaining educational services for his autistic son that sparked his interest in helping other parents.
