Yes. Credit Attorney, P.C. is operated, managed and supervised by directing attorney Dana Facemyer as well as attorneys Sidney Unrau and Randy Lish. Clients in some states will also have a local law firm as co-counsel.

2) How can I be sure you're legitimate? [top]

Credit Attorney, P.C. has been in business since August 2001. The firm became a member of the Better Business Bureau in December 2003, and was approved for BBBOnline Reliability that same month. It has maintained an excellent record since its inception. The firm's attorneys are members of the Utah State Bar.
